Health question: over the past few days, my nose/sinuses have been getting increasingly stuffy, to the point I had trouble sleeping last night and am now mostly breathing through my mouth. The rest of me feels completely fine. Is there any way this is Covid-19? I don’t have any chest pain or coughing or lung congestion at all.
